Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?

Please refer to our Returns and Cancellation policy for information on returns, modification or cancellations.

How long would it take to receive my item?

The amount of time it takes for you to receive an item is based on the tailoring time + shipping time. Once we receive your order, we verify it and place a custom tailoring order to the factory. The factory takes about 6 weeks to process the order. We then ship the item to you. The entire process takes upto 7 weeks.

How can I make sure I order the correct size and fit?

Compare your unique measurements with seattle bridals's size chart and measuring guide. By selecting "Custom Size", your dress will be personally tailored for your exact fit.

Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length??

Please understand that each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photos. So unfortunately we are unable to modify the fabric/length in any way. Currently, the acceptable changes include :

a) Removing the trains

b) Alter sleeve length or style for dresses with simple designs.

c) Convert buttoned back dresses to corset back.

What payment methods do you currently accept?

We currently accept payment via credit or debit card online. Do you want to pay with PayPal? No problem! Please contact customer service (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server).

How can I check my order status?

If you want to track the status of your order please go to My Orders at any page of the website.

Are there any additional fees involved in shipping?

We offer free shipping to all contiguous states in USA and Canada.We charge a 25$ fee to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Where can you ship to?

We ship all over United States and Canada.

What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer on your products?

We sell products that we believe to be of high quality and reliability. Before shipping each dress to our customers, our Q&C personnel will do detailed check to ensure the high quality and will NOT send out damaged or faulty goods.

What is your Return Policy?

Hi do you have real stores? Where can I try the dress on? I am a bit nervous to order the dress online without trying it on first.

We are sorry that we do not have real stores in your place and we just sell online to all our customers. We make high quality dresses in accordance with the pictures and have satisifed customers from all over USA and Canada. Please feel free to contact us if you need any clarifications or have specific questions. Our team will love to help you find the right dress.

Can I place my order over the phone?

For the moment, we only accept orders online on our website. You may complete the payment online with your credit ort debit card. You can also reach out to our customer service by email and our team could help you with the order.

Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?

If you want to change the size or color within 48 hours after payment, please kindly contact us. We will cancel your order and issue a full refund to you. You may need to place a new order with us.

Hi, I am getting married in 4 months but I live in Miami, Florida and would like to get a custom fit. Will my dress be here in time?

Sure. We can deliver the dress to you on time. It takes upto 7 weeks to make your wedding dresses and ship it to you. We suggest you order your dress about 2 months in advance before your big day.

How do I check my order status?

Our website provides an easy way to track the status of your order.

1. Sign into "My Account" and click on "My Orders" located at the top left of the initial page.

2. In "My Orders", you will be able to view all your orders and current status of each ordered item.

What do the different status mean in 'My orders' within 'My account'?

PaymentPending : Your order is currently incomplete, awaiting payment. This is mostly because your payment may have failed.

Received : Your order was successfully placed. Our team member has not reviewed the order and verified the payment yet.

Accepted : Your order has been accepted. Our team has reviewed and verified your order and payment.

Processing : Your order has been sent to the factory for tailoring. No modifications to the order can be made at this stage.

Shipped : All the items in your order has been packaged and mailed to the shipping address you provided.

Cancelled : Your order was cancelled.

Delivered : Your order was successfully delivered.

Returned : The item(s) has/have been returned.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order status is "PaymentPending", "Received" or "Accepted", you can easily cancel your order on website. Unfortunately, once the order status changes to "Processing", it can no longer be cancelled.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to make changes to your order, we recommend cancelling your order; then, proceed to place a new order. Please note that while most of our products can be cancelled up until they are in Processing state, certain products cannot be cancelled and restocking/processing fees may apply. What if I have a question before placing an order?
